Charles Bwerinofa

Chairman

Charles Bwerinofa is a seasoned and results driven entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience in Business. He is the Founder of Trolleycom Holdings, a business he grew over more than two decades bringing it to where it is today.

Charles spearheaded the growth and subsequent transformation of Trolleycom Holdings from a humble supermarket trolley advertising business to become one of the major players in the Advertising and Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism Sectors. An entrepreneur known to have no fear taking risks, Charles successfully diversified the business and ventured into the Hospitality and Tourism sector. This saw the establishment of lodges, restaurants and tour adventure businesses in Hwange and Victoria Falls. It is under his leadership that the Holiday Fund, the first of its kind globally has also been introduced. This has been designed primarily to afford Zimbabweans, irrespective of their financial status, unlimited opportunities to visit holiday destinations in Zimbabwe.

It is Charles extensive track record of entrepreneurial innovativeness which has seen the business under his leadership grow a blue chip organizations client portfolio. Charles Bwerinofa is a holder of a Bachelor of Business Studies (Honors) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

Johannes Rushwaya

Managing Director (ACIS, ACMA, MBA (UZ), RPA (Z))

Johannes is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has over 25 years of business leadership and entrepreneurial experience. Johannes is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators of Zimbabwe and other academic bodies, he also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. Johannes has also been part of a number of leadership development programmes that include Retail management Training (Edgars 1987), Management Development Programme MDP 1994 and Leadership Development Programme LDP 1999 (Mandel).He has served on both board and senior executive roles for various Blue Chip companies Like Delta, Ok Zimbabwe, Edgars Stores and TEDCO among others. Johannes was very instrumental in the formation of Trolleycom Finance (Private) Limited, a financial services division of Trolleycom Holdings.

Batsirai Kufakunesu

Head of Business Development

Batsirai Kufakunesu is a Certified Banker with 17 years of progressive Banking experience in Private Banking, Treasury and Retail & Business Banking. Batsirai started his Banking career with Stanbic Bank as an attachee in 1999 and also was trained at FBC Bank under an intensive 2-year Graduate Trainee Programme from 2003 to 2005. Upon completing the training program, Batsi joined Ecobank to spearhead the successful establishment of Private Banking Division in 2005. He then moved to Treasury Division as a Corporate Dealer in 2007 until 2010 when he joined BancABC as a Branch Manager and was instrumental in the opening of a number of branches for BancABC Zimbabwe. Mr Kufakunesu holds the following educational and professional qualifications: BComm Degree (Hons) Banking (NUST); MSc Degree in Strategic Management (CUT); Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe Certificate (IOBZ); Foundation Leadership Development Programme (GIBS) University of Pretoria (RSA); Certified Mortgage Banker (MBSSA) and currently studying for a Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) at MSU.

Tatenda Mwashaireni

Head of Operations and ICT

Tatenda is an experienced operations manager with experience obtained from Zb Bank for the past 8 years. He has vast experience spanning form back office operations, cash management, transaction processing and controlling, payment systems administration, reconciliations, relationships management and business development. Tatenda holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in finance and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Administration with NUST.
